1. Overview of the Service
EasyVisaFile (the "Service") is a self-help form preparation tool operated by KHY TECH LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Washington State limited liability company. The Service is available at easyvisafile.com.
EasyVisaFile helps users prepare USCIS immigration forms by answering guided questions. Based on the user's answers, the Service generates a completed PDF form that the user can download, review, print, sign, and submit to USCIS.
Currently supported forms:
- Form I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization)
Additional forms (I-130, I-485) may be added in the future.
2. We Are Not a Law Firm
EasyVisaFile is NOT a law firm, and we do NOT provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services of any kind.
We are a self-help form preparation service. You, the user, direct the preparation of your own forms based on the information you provide. We do not review your answers for legal sufficiency, evaluate the merits of your immigration case, or advise you on which form to file or which eligibility category to select.
If you need legal advice about your immigration matter, you should consult a licensed immigration attorney.
3. No Government Affiliation
EasyVisaFile is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), or any other government agency.
Blank USCIS forms and instructions are available for free at uscis.gov. Our Service provides a guided experience for filling out these forms, but the forms themselves are publicly available at no charge.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Accuracy of information: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and truthfulness of all information you enter. We do not verify the information you provide.
- Review before filing: You must carefully review the completed PDF form before printing, signing, and submitting it to USCIS. You are responsible for confirming that all fields are filled out correctly.
- Eligibility determination: You are responsible for determining your own eligibility to file any USCIS form. We do not assess whether you qualify for any immigration benefit.
- Filing and submission: You are responsible for printing, signing, assembling supporting documents, and mailing your application to the correct USCIS address. We do not file any forms on your behalf.
- Government filing fees: USCIS filing fees are separate from the EasyVisaFile service fee and are paid directly to USCIS by you. We do not collect government fees.
- Post-download edits: The downloaded PDF may contain editable form fields. If you make changes to the PDF after downloading it, you are solely responsible for those changes.
5. Pricing and Payment
The Service operates on a one-time payment model. You pay a single fee per form to download the completed PDF. Current pricing is as follows:
- Form I-765: $39
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not store or have access to your credit card or payment information. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
6. Refund Policy
Because the Service delivers a digital product (a completed PDF form) that is available for immediate download, all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds after a PDF has been downloaded.
However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading your completed form after payment (for example, a browser crash or network failure during download), please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include re-enabling your download or issuing a refund at our discretion.
We do not provide refunds based on the outcome of your USCIS application, changes in your personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with USCIS processing times.
7. No Guarantee of Approval
We do not and cannot guarantee that USCIS will approve your application. USCIS makes its own independent determinations on each application based on applicable laws, regulations, and policies. The outcome of your case depends on many factors beyond the scope of our Service, including but not limited to your eligibility, supporting documentation, and current immigration policies.
We are not responsible for any denials, Requests for Evidence (RFEs), delays, or other adverse outcomes related to your USCIS application.
8. Intellectual Property
The EasyVisaFile website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and code, is the property of KHY TECH LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website or Service without our prior written consent.
USCIS forms are United States government works and are not subject to copyright. Our Service adds value through the guided questionnaire, form logic, validation, and bilingual interface, which are proprietary to us.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that the forms generated by the Service will be accepted by USCIS or that they will be free of errors if you have entered incorrect information.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KHY TECH LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the forms generated by the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Any USCIS decisions regarding your application
- Any other matter relating to the Service
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific form at issue.
11. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
12. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle your data. In summary, your form data (personal information) is processed entirely in your browser and is never sent to or stored on our servers.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
